Balancing all of the thoughts around your career is already hard enough, throw kids into that mix and it can feel like you’re constantly drowning. 

The guilt of feeling like you’re always dropping some balls.
The resentment of never having any time for yourself.
The exhaustion of always taking care of someone or something else.
